Refund & Returns Policy
We accept returns for any reason and provide a refund or store credit. Anything purchased online can be returned to our warehouse. Orders can be returned within 7 days and we will refund the purchase price. To return the item, send an e-mail to our e-mail adres: info@projectmondayclo.com. In this e-mail add your name, order number and adres. We will reply to this e-mail as soon as possible and inform you about the next steps to take.

Return costs must be paid by the consumer.
- All products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- All products must be unworn and unwashed.
If you are unsatisfied with your new purchase, you can return the item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price, via our warehouse.
We only accept undamaged, unaltered, unsoiled, unused, unworn, and unwashed products (other than to try on the product(s) and in the same condition as sold to you). Please note that where possible, all labels or tags must remain intact and attached. The product(s) must be returned in or with the original packaging.
Exchanges and Refunds
We are happy to offer an exchange or refund if the product is defective. We offer exchange for unworn items that are returned in their original condition and packaging, with the return form fully completed. Please note that all responsible return costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds and exchanges will only be given on items returned within 7 days of delivery. Items returned as defective and showing signs of damage not caused by manufacturing defects will not be accepted. This includes accidental, malicious, or carrier-related damage. Once we have received and approved your return, it takes approximately 7 to 10 business days to process your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, please first check your account balance with the payment method you used. Please note that it always takes some processing time before a refund is executed. In the event that you have already contacted your payment providers and banks and you still have not received your refund. Please contact us via our email info@projectmondayclo.com
Standard Refund Method
Refunds will be processed via the same payment method and the same credit card or debit card as the original purchase (except for gift cards and e-gift cards, in which case you will receive a credit on a new gift card). Shipping costs and sales tax on shipping are not refundable.
Defective Items
We will return a product due to defect if it has not met its life expectancy and falls under our warranty policy. The warranty policy depends on the product category and the reason for the defect. We will not return a product due to defect if it is not covered by our warranty policy or if the product has been damaged while being used in a way it was not intended for. The intention to use is at the discretion of Project Monday and will be judged reasonably. If you have received an item that is defective, or the wrong item in your delivery, we will assist you in correcting this as soon as possible. To return the item, send an email to info@projectmondayclo.com with your order number and proof of defective products and you will be assisted as soon as possible.
Damaged Goods During Shipping
Please make sure to check your item(s) as soon as you receive your package. Any damage due to delivery must be accounted for within 7 days of delivery. In the event that you receive your item(s) and it is damaged during shipping, please send an e-mail to our e-mail adres: info@projectmondayclo.com. In this e-mail add your name, order number and adres to receive further instructions. The return costs for defective items are covered by Project Monday. We will refund the damaged goods and you can place the order again.
